Look for colourful attractive games and open ended activities to enable them to draw their own conclusions.
Some websites have free downloadable resources.
Keep sessions short and fun, young children particularly need to be active.
Hunt for sites without advertising - it's too easy to click that mouse inadvertently.
Encourage children to use both hands when using a keyboard.
Foundation and year 1 and 2 children need an adult to guide them when working on the internet.
